My mission

To provide clients with comprehensive and easy-to-understand information to help them make a decision on whether they are buying the right home.

My history

I grew up surrounded by property. As a young adult I spent 10 years working in estate agency. During this period I spent time renovating properties on the side which advanced my knowledge of buildings and their defects. In 2021 I obtained a Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.

With the experience of helping buyers and sellers navigate a property transaction, hands on and practical construction experience and the training and theory of residential building surveying I am able to offer clients practical advice about property.

Trust and honesty are at my core values. I place these 2 values at the forefront of everything I do.

Sustainability continues to be a value of personal importance. Alexander Heron Surveyors are a paperless business. Our aim is to become a wholly carbon neutral company by the summer of 2025.
