What are the typical costs for a HomeBuyers Survey
(Level 2)?
Prices for a HomeBuyers Survey generally range between £650 - £1,500.
What is a Condition Report
(Level 1)
Prices for a Condition Report generally range between £450 - £750.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no additional fees as part of the standard report. However, we do offer additional services. You can add the high-level drone photography or a private valuation in addition to your chosen level of survey.
